My experience was by Internet and telephone only. The staff was very friendly and accomodating the service went without a hitch that should be glitch so it`s not confused with a hitch on a vehicle.

Delivered ubox to new apartment on time and picked up in a very timely manner. Very happy with service. Only suggestion is to add software to schedule everything online instead of playing phone tag.

Excellent service, location and also very well maintained spaces. It is just too expensive at roughly $180 a month for a 10 x 20 compared to public storage in Scottsdale.
