They did not have my reservation when I arrived. However, they did rent me a storage unit. It would have been an easier transaction if the reservation was ready.

It's a good storage facility. YOu have to have a passcode to get in and out...which makes me feel that my stuff is safe. The staff is very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.
