Wonderful facility , the only negative was the entrance door - the change in floor height makes it difficult for cart maneuvering. Perhaps a retro-fit for a smoother transition.

Not enough carts for the number of storage units. Often carts were unavailable on weekends as people were using 3+ carts for their units.
