Rating:
Had to carry heavy furniture over 75` down a narrow gravel walkway - should be much less than units that a truck can be unloaded directly into. Poor lighting on back of building where unit located.

Rating:
We reserved an indoor climate controlled room. We get there and are informed they do not have climate controlled rooms. Only outdoor units. Not pleased. Does not honor the 1 month free coupon.

we wished if the distance between two storage lines to be wider. The other thing the security code given us was missing a 0 in the handwritten paper.

It was ok. Only the pin given for the entrance was missing a digit. The lights are dim, in the dark it is hard to store things.
