A miscommunication created issues which created unloading difficulties. We had to pay a worker at our complex to unload. This also caused us to spend 3 more days at our hotel.

After my husband and I moved our stuff out of the storage unit, we noticed some `notches` cut into our lock. This is concerning - could have been a potential break-in.

Used the U-Box for moving, and it took much longer and costed more in rental fees than we were told. Probably should have used a moving van.
