The lock was broken during transport

Very Good.

This uhaul location is the worst that I have encountered. Staff was not friendly and also the staff is poorly trained. I waited 1.5 hrs for my ubox to be ready because they hitched the wrong one.

kenneth p. 6/11/2015

So far our experience with uhaul is very positive. Mark, at the Fresno yard, was very helpful in assisting our needs. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

DEBORAH S. 6/17/2014

There were cockroaches in the box upon arrival. I couldn`t get ahold of anyone for an entire week. My U-haul experience was bad. I will never ever use any U-haul in any state for anything ever again.

ROY L. 3/26/2014

I called / days before my box arrived and they couldn`t tell me when it would arrive. When it did arrive the movers had to wait 4 hours to get the box connected to their truck.

RICHARD M. 12/15/2013

Mid City was quite accommodating with my pick up and drop off times of my UBoxes.

LEEFONG Y. 10/26/2013

Here in CA, it is excellent, but in Hickory, NC VVM 24/7 it is not a true full business at all. 3 weeks to ship out, double charge my credit card, no respond phone call or email.
