Staff not prepared. No idea we were coming. Could not contact manager. Waited in heat for hours. U Boxes loaded in dark. Manager didn’t return calls. Rude, untrained, unapologetic and incompetent.

U box was delivered way outside of window. Slept on the ground in an empty apartment. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A UBOX TO ANYONE! OR UHAUL for that matter. Never have I had a company treat me so poorly.
