I arrived and wasn`t able to get into the unit or reach any one at the office even thought they are 24/7. The owner responded quickly to my e-mail and is giving me a full refund.

When I arrived, the rental unit had two doors, however I had only one padlock. I haven`t had time to follow up on this with the company, but everything else, including the phone person was great!

Called for more info & was told to pay for the unit immediately or call back later. I was not given the chance to ask other questions. Needless to say, I went with anther storage facility.

everything good so far the only thing i didn't find was an office on location, I needed to speak to someone about an issue I but I culdn't find the office.
