u hauls website false advertised it was 1 month free and after contacting the facility they informed me it should not have been on u hauls website however they were very courteous in the office

We did use the storage facility. The staff was very helpful and the facility is well maintained and well lit.

While in route to the facility and after loading truck I felt that I would need a larger unit. On the phone they made it happen even during a holiday weekend.
