Grand Blanc A Plus would not honor the rate. U-Haul customer service gave me the run around. Your customer service line dropped my call. Complete bait and switch. All around bad experience.

This facility was very clean well maintained and the employees were a joy to be around! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

The driveways are in rough shape and the gate broke last week. Move in was easy. Someone came out to open the other gate since she couldn`t fix the main one.
