Storage facility is great. I would suggest that you PROMINENTLY display your $6.95 fee so that customers aren`t surprised when it shows up on their credit card statement

At check in the computers were down but the staff were nice and friendly and didnt get frustrated.The unit is nice and centrally located. I am happy with my choice. Thank you.
