Rating:
the services was good. I had to change storage space because the orginally one was too small. Could not do it until Monday becuase person over storage was not available on the weekend.

Access to the storage is to physical, the freight elevator is terrible. I wouldn`t recommend this facility to anyone, the staff was cold and unfriendly.

Fire alarm was going off most of the time over several months. They have been making several improvements to the facility and the staff are above friendly.
