This is the first time I have heard back from Safe-N-Sound at all. No confirmation even after I asked for it. I live in California, this doesn`t work for me.

This site doesn`t communicate with the facility. They had no idea I was coming and they did not have the kind of unit I reserved. I would have been better off just calling the facility.

Very clean, well organized, good service, well secured, easy access. I`ve seen some dumpy storage places in my day, and this is probably as good as it gets for storing personal stuff.

Storage center employees are friendly/helpful and had the equipment to make my move go smoothly. Online reservation was not submitted to the storage facility so CALL THEM YOURSELF TO RESERVE A UNIT.
