I was running late for my check in due to traffic issues in the area and arrived just 2 minutes before closing yet they took me in. Overall a great crew and operation in my opinion.

The men at the Hamilton unit were horrible and unfriendly. It motivated to cancel my membership. Horrible horrible horrible is the word.

We had family in from out of town to get a lot of things didn`t have 24h access. We weren`t finished by closing time so the service rep gave us 24h access on the spot so we could finish.

Lighting in the hallway kept going off while we were unloading, we had to keep walking back down the hallway to set the sensor off to turn the lights back on.
