The manager is extremely rude.They made false charges to my bank account and then refused to refund the money for a week due to their incompetence. I will never use uhaul again.

Not satisfied due to elevator.Didn`t work 5 times when needed. Moving items down the corridor many steps is difficult. Employees tried to help. Can only recommend facility if elevator not required.
