This UHAUL on Capital Ave was an absolute nightmare including the GM Julius T. I still can not believe how UHAUL would allow someone like Julius to represent the company!!! Very poor customer service!

I had to lodge several complaints about the way I was treated by Julius Thighen the general manager of this store. Shame on UHAUL for hiring poor respresentation of UHAUL. Very unprofessional.
