Again the boxes need to either be bigger or cost less. The size estimates as to how much they can hold are exaggerated a bit.

The U-Haul Hayward store was not too familiar with the U-box rental process. However, the manager was able to figure out what to do.

My big complaint is that when I went to pick up my U-Box, the owner had never logged into the u-box system before and it was a hassle to actually rent it because he didn`t have access!
