I moved to another competing location, I am so disappointed.I had a unit in Moreno Valley fit 2 1/2 years an I moved it here cause I live here price change all the time, management is no help.

A few things in the ubox were broken. I did have some trouble scheduling the pick up of the box. I was told by the manager to tell the driver, then by the driver to tell the manager.

Ubox is not for everyone. It is not just a storage unit but if you are needing shipping of ur household stuff, uhaul is the way to go! And I used the MovingHelp....BEST idea ever!!!
