Rating:
The lock was in total disrepair. Someone had tried to fix it by globbing on wood glue and sticking the swivel plate back on. Heather Robbins repaired it properly on the spot. So she deserves kudos.

At first, I thought I would recommend U-Box to a friend. Heather was friendly and helpful. Now, however, I`m not so sure. The surprise rate increase was an unpleasant surprise this morning.

Delivery was scheduled for Sat but did not happen until 7pm Sunday. The movers I hired were unable to stay and help so I wasted $300 and had to load it myself. No one from csv would or could help.

Uhaul Col`a SC was awful! Promise Sunday dely of UBox, got it Mon. Prom Thu ship, ship`d next Mon. Box lost over 1wk. BUT, Hendersonvl TN great. Del`d same day as recd. Pik`d up next day.
