Unhappy reserv time not met. Reserved 10 am. Checked store day before to confirm reserv told ready @ 9am. Arrived @9:45 and told 2 hour delay! Box arrived at approx.11am

I was disappointed that there was a lack of introduction to the U-Box when I picked it up and my U-Box was given to someone else. Fortunately, the staff were quite helpful at rectifying the situation.

I was not informedby email or phone that my U-box had been delivered. I had to make calls to the company to confirm that the U-box in the shared parking lot was for me.

Owner great in his responsiveness on all matters. BUT the UHaul staff he relies on are befuddled by UBOX: telling us on 2 occasions we weren`t in the computer.

When i got up to the counter the guy flat out said i dont know what im doing. Then box was delivered and it was on trailer backwards so door didnt open. I feel like money should have been refunded.
