No one was there to help us sign in, I tried to get a hold of him, but he never gave us the access codes to move in, so we took our business somewhere else.

The only negative experience is being REQUIRED to submit a comment to obtain refund of handling fee. Otherwise my experience was excellent.

They don`t return calls or listen to messages. They also have a huge mice problem eating through furniture and boxes.
