Too many things went wrong, only when the regional manager intervened did I start to get assistance. While I appreciate his involvement, a move that should have taken a few hours took 30 hours.

Hicksville location was late and unavailable. Driver asked me to sign unnecessary paperwork, was late for drop off, and hours late for pickup. There was no notification that box was shipped
