UBox lock broken, Worker good attitude, computer slow. Shd explain how to tow U-Box in reverse, show jack operation, and that can`t move after uncouple

There was an issue of a late charge for non-pymt or late-pyt. The issue was quickly taken care of after my call and reminding the store that I was on automatic payment.

The only changes I would make would be better snow/ice control in the loading dock area AND at least one of the employees regularly parks their personal vehicle in one of the loading dock spaces.
