The ubox arrived clean, however the hinges were loose and seemed to be coming off. I informed the guy who dropped it off and he told me he was going to fix it. Hard time contacting store directly.

UBox lock broken, Worker good attitude, computer slow. Shd explain how to tow U-Box in reverse, show jack operation, and that can`t move after uncouple
