Rating:

I was denied free 1st months rent as part of the U-Haul trailer reservation offered via the Uhaul website and told I would have to pay more for a climate-controlled unit.

Manager response:

We are not a U-Haul facility and are unable to honor any promotions that they offer. A generous discount was extended to this client. Providing exceptional service is one of our top priorities.
