My daughter arrived and it took over 15 minutes to do paperwork. Then we were charged incorrectly. We were to receive the first month free and after that it would be $84. I was charged $99.

I reserved a 5x10 and realized it was too small after I had already filled out all of the paperwork. The girl was very easy to work with and changed my unit to a 10x10 without any hassle.
