Slow. Friendly and slow. Seemed like the movers packed me up faster than uhaul figuring out how to run my car. There are other locations I`d recommend. But not this one if you`re on a schedule.

I didn`t like that we weren`t told of the fee if we didn`t drop it off to storage ourself. That was an addlt amount. Not right

The location was understaffed and it took far too long to be helped. The staff was also uninformed and generally not very helpful.

Great staff, very helpful. Training need to improve customer experience when shipping u-boxes. Staff did not know how to find out when boxes were to be shipped

unfortunately the staff had NO training on how to process u-box reservations so it took a very long time. there were also errors that havent been resolved as of yet
