Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Great employees. Unfortunately the units are infested with bugs and mice. Our boxes were infested when we retrieved them.

I have to incur in an extra $170 for another storage in town because they never knew I had a free month storage. Definitively not my best experience with Uhaul.

Uhaul recommended Armstrong Moving Co to load the uhaul. The Uhaul operator on the phone hung up on Thomas when he tried to reach Armstrong, loaders never showed up
