Box never made it to my house because driver wouldn`t come down my street even though I called 3 separate times to make sure it was okay. Uhaul did nothing to resolve issue.

The drop off at both locations went well and people friendly. Customer Service in between was appalling. We didn`t receive one call that box was delayed!

Warped door must be lifted at one corner to close properly. Bottom latch does not catch and hold.
