The staff Was very friendly and helpful they showed me where my storage unit was. they also took me outside and had me swipe my card to make sure the card work. I walked away satisfied.

charging for 24hr access when it is available? ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! forcing disc locks? ABSURD! this is UNFAIR and DECEPTIVE and WRONG. i will surely spread a POOR review and POOR word . ABSURD!!

The only issue I had was the 8x16 space I ordered was actually 2 8x8 spaces. I need a larger space, so I will be changing to something different in the future.
