Storage facility itself seems OK. However, this reservation service allowed me to make a reservation for a space, even though the facility had no spaces available.

I mistakenly reserved the wrong size storage facility and within minutes they graciously switched me to a larger room and didn`t waste any time since my movers were on the clock. Life savers!
