The leasing of this storage facility was a very positive experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. The storage room we rented was very clean as was the entire facility.

The owner / manager was not helpful, at first it seemed like he was trying to get me to go somewhere else. The elevator was broken the day I moved my furniture.
