you didn`t answer or return phone calls for 4 days after my box arrived in river oaks, and the shipping blankets stained my furniture. I will never again use uhaul.

Over 1-hour to get access to my ubox on both occasions even when I called the day prior to notify them I would be there.I had to pay my movers even more due to the staff`s lack of concern.
