Although we paid extra for extended hours and a gate clicker, the gate would not open when we wanted access to our RV after hours. The staff was very nice and apologetic.

The storage company needs to exterminate the inside of the storage. Because there were roaches inside the facility. Which isn`t good because people have there personal items there.
