houds were very inconvenient also the store was always undersaffed. had to wait in line for 30 minutes on more than one occasion to access my unit. and lastly the stairs were poorly made

The employees and management staff at this facility were helpful and always friendly and courteous. I wish there was a policy to refund the remaining balance paid on the 18th and out on the 24th.

The access hours I did not know anything about because the staff did not ask me about if I needed after hours access before I signed any papers. I did not like the price adjustments.

I do not remember the man`s name but he was always helpful. I never had any problems with my items being stored. They have several camera`s that watch the entire lot.
