The staff has been very nice. The only difficulty I had was that the staff member who assisted when I actually rented the unit was unaware of the online reservation form.

Reservation process went smoothly with the company confirming my reservation within 24 hours. While I ended up not needing the facility - canceling the reservation was hasselfree.
