I lost thousands of dollars due to Sandy I was not given the option of having insurance or not,for that reason i assumed that U-Haul had my I was not compensated in any way. Very bad business

I was very disappointed at bthe lack of information to customers after the storm and damage yo my rental unit. Worst, no one could give me an account of the items that were damaged.
