The storage facility didn`t have the unit I reserved through u-haul though I had a confirmation . The manager argued w/ me for 20 mins. The price on the site was wrong. AVOID!!

We still needed to call the office to make a new reservation, and communication between office and manager seemed poor. The manager was welcoming, however.
