I want to have 24 hr access to my storage unit. I dont understand why that can`t happen. You have double the security of most facilities, why not allow full access.

paid ahead was done with the storage unit at check out mgr told me I had no refund for the unused time that is what he had been told called cust serv made complaint told I due have a refund coming

The Jackson staff were great. The only issue was communication from the U BOX personnel to the local office. Once that was cleared up, everything was good.
