Had a bad experience with the storage unit we rented out, it took three tries before we got a unit that had a lock that could be opened.

There was only1worker at facility with a line of customers. I stayed in line for 1 hour and 1/2 to purchase a storage. Horrible!

There should be more employees. While I was there, I only saw one employee working and he was doing an excellent job handling a handful of customers and many different tasks at one time.

This storage facility was just average. I had some complications and I would be hesitant to rent a storage unit from this location again. They do not keep track of their storage units well.
