I found the downtown facility very convenient for me since most of my business takes place downtown.

Access to my belongings not 24hours, when I recieved a letter stating as such. I remember getting there at like 6:58pm and was denied access to my unit. Would advise against renting from here.

It appears that this facility caters to some homeless people and at times it makes it unsafe to be around. PLEASE do not call us! We have removed our items and closed our account on Dec. 27-28, 2012
