unit was not unlocked like I was told it would be, had to make reservation at another storage company, refund for deposit was given, but no other compensation was offered.

Unit was very clean, easy to find, received back a reply within hours of reserving unit. Owner has been very friendly. Unit is priced very reasonably. Would definitely recommend and use again
