We arrived at the storage unit with a truck full of items to unload, our Gate Access code did not work. We called the 1-800-468-4285 number, they could not find any record of our reservation

We went to check into the storage unit at 4:40pm and there was no one there at the office so we were unable to move in. We had also rented a uhaul truck that day, my husband took a day off.
