Loved my overall experience with the Uboxes. My only complaint is that when I had questions about my UBoxes I was transferred all over the place and only one department could answer those questions.

Apparently there was some trouble getting our 2 U-boxes from San Francisco to Kansas City. Once the KC staff was involved service was excellent.
