I never checked into this storage facility. Nor did I give anyone permission to my account or card number. I cancelled this storage request when I cancelled the u-haul reservation 8/19/10.

Never got to use it. Unavoidably delayed, we missed what I thot an "estimated" arrival date and our reservation had been cancelled and our unit rented to another. We drove elsewhere.

Absolutely 100% unsatisfied!Our code to the gate was NOT activated. We could not get in to unload our stuff. No one from the 24hr # called us back.Completely unsatisfied!!!
