The staff were friendly, but not all of them were so helpful unfortunatly. Using a U-box was a bigger stressor than I had ever imagined.

I set up reservations online and apparently the reservation was not used because the staff had no idea where I was shipping my pod or anything. I was almost over charged by $300+. -Dissatisfied.

The staff at Kenosha U-Haul was professional and wonderful. I had no issues that they they did not fix. Would would use them again for sure.

I had a great experience!The manager, Ryan Lemke, recommended U-Boxes to fit my needs even helped me get set up after his shift. He was very helpful and I was quite satisfied.

Worst service ever!!!!!! Never again will i go with u haul, staff was not knowledgeable gave me the run around for 2 days, and still dident get the information i wanted.

This is the WORST experience we have ever had!! We were told it would take 2 days to get to our location and found out it hadn`t even shipped on the 3rd day! Never use uhaul again!
