Management team was very helpful and direct. Completed transaction fairly quickly. Storage unit in considerably good shape. Storage fees low. Facility is mostly secured.

We were told that we would receive one month free and when we went to the storage center they stated that they would not honor the one month so we did not use them at all.

The storage unit I reserved was no longer available because Bell Mini Storage did away with them years ago! I did get a unit but it cost me more money than I anticipated.

The front woman was ok but the condition of the storage area was depressing so much trash and broken down vehicles I just can`t be sure my stuff will be safe there

Rating:
Facility was very dirty. The storage units had no sliding doors, just hinged doors. Service was friendly but the place looked cheap and not maintained.
