My only complaint is that there is no way to hold a unit until the 1st or 2nd of the month. I should be able to pay a prorated amount for any number of days.

The original storage unit I had reserved was unavailable but I was offered a great substitute at a much better value than the other storage facilities I had surveyed. It was a great choice.
