While we are very happy with u-haul and their staff the unit we requested turned out to be their largest size on a second floor without an elevator and has the smallest door of any unit.

some of the units had small doors limiting what could be stored. And some of the upper units had low ceilings, again a limiting factor

excellent but the `large` storage unit door was too small for our queen box springs there was no clearance to stand the couches mattress up as in the Uhaul truck to maximize the usage of the space
