I stopped by on 11/09 and was told there were no units available and that I would receive a call the following Monday. I never have received a call. The staff was friendly but I still need a unit.

Was suppose to be getting our free one month rental. When we arrived with full truck. They stated they do not honor the free month and wanted us to pay for the unit. Called Uhaul no help from them

Melissa was professional and curtious. She was able to locate a storage shed, give me options,and I was done within minutes. The space I rented was clean. I would use them again.
