customer service line they couldn`t answer simple questions about them staff didn`t know how to schedule them for shipping killed a brown recluse spider in my pod when we first got it.

Everything was perfect except the guy that hooked up the trailer. He reported that I was ready to go, but he had not secured the safety chains or the pigtail for the trailer lights.
